AI Film Festival 2025: Submissions Open Now

The AI Film Festival is back this spring hitting New York and LA to highlight artists pushing the limits of film and tech.

This year’s festival is backed by some big names—Tribeca Festival, IMAX, The Gotham, .monks, NVIDIA, Goldman Sachs and the American Cinema Editors. And the best part? It’s free to enter. Submissions stay open until March 31st.

Who Can Submit?

If you've got a film between 1-10 minutes that uses generative video, you’re in. It doesn’t matter what genre—narrative, experimental, or something in between.

How to Submit

• Films must be 1-10 minutes long
• They must have some form of generative video
• You have to submit using a Runway link (Submit here)

You don’t have to make your film with Runway but all submissions need to be uploaded through it.

What’s in It for You?

Ten finalists will get their films shown at gala screenings in NYC and LA. And yeah there’s prize money—over $60,000 in awards up for grabs.
